If SHF-oscillator does not work, check whether voltage at C804 is 2.7V DC. Also check control voltage at C803, which varies between 0.7V and 3.8V DC. If control voltage is 4.8V DC, the oscillator is faulty or the control loop is open. Especially check C802 if spectrum of SHF-oscillator looks like the one shown on the right.
